Yoga and Wellness
Health and wellness are the most important aspects of life and it is worth investing time and resources to remain healthy. Although positive attitude and a disciplined life style are the basic requirements to remain healthy, but still few well designed activities can help us a lot in achieving this object.
Yoga as a ‘way of life’ was given by our learned ancient Rishies to lead a healthy life and achieve our full potential. It is Physical, Psychological (mental) as well as a spiritual science at the same time. The attitude of persons actually defines the nature of Yoga. We are trying to develop a holistic understanding of this Shastra (science) among our students.
We conduct Yoga sessions, Short retreats, Teacher Training programs and other related short term workshops regularly in different places. We also conduct special courses on request on demand at places convenient to particular groups.
